In conformance with the Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal, (the Spanish Data Protection Act 1999), the user is informed that, the data of personal character obtained through this website will be stored in automated files which are property of FRIPOZO S.A., and which will be treated in line with the clauses of the Data Protection Act, with the following aims: supply information about promotional activities, publicity and novelties within the company in general, as well as about products in general, to facilitate an easy contact with the company for the web users, manage personnel selection processes and or activities of an administrative, economical or sales requirement.

FRIPOZO, S.A., which is responsible for the files, is committed to not using the data for any other reason outside those stipulated, nor will it hand over such data to third parties illegally. It is also committed to treating this data confidentially and will apply technical, organisational and safety means necessary to avoid its unauthorised access or use.

When completing the user any of the forms that appear on this website, it is understood that they are expressly consenting to the collection of their data by FRIPOZO, S.A., and knowing this they will be temporally stored in the computerised files which belong to the company.

At the same time, the owners of the data are hereby informed of their right to access, cancel or question the data. The users will be responsible in any case for either the veracity of the data they provide, as well as the damages that may arise or occur from supplying wrongful, false or inexact, incomplete or outdated information, and the owner of the file reserves the right to exclude any user who supplies any false or wrongful data from the right to use registered services regardless of any other legal actions.

At the same time the user is informed that unless he expressly states his opposition, the owner of the files may distribute his personal data, with the aim of any of the reasons established in the present clause, to the other companies within the group GRUPO FUERTES S.L., Companies in which the group has shares or any other company with whom FRIPOZO S.A. or GRUPO CORPORATIVO FUERTES S.L. maintains any type of agreement or relationship.
